The ABU Distance Learning Center MPA will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the functioning of administrations. The program will give students the skills necessary to network in the public sector, learn about performance evaluation and analyze the relationship between civil servants and politicians. The programme will also enable public managers, and those involved in public sector policies and services, to acquire a clear foundation of knowledge about the nature, role and development of the public sector and current trends in its evolution.

First degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Local Government and Development Studies, Economics, Sociology or History with a minimum of 2.2 or third class degree with five (5) years post-graduation experience.
• NYSC Discharge or Certificate of Exemption/Exclusion
• HND with a minimum of Merit grade plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGDPA) from ABU.
• Five O’ Level credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Government/History, Economics, and any other one.
