Financial Aid For ABU DLC Students

We have partnership with RenMoney Microfinance Bank introduces a financial aid programme designed to provide MBA students with low-interest rates loans to finance tuition.

 

Prospective students of Ahmadu Bello University’s online MBA programme can now access low-interest rates loans to pay for tuition and other programme related costs. The new financial aid scheme is in partnership with RenMoney Microfinance Bank, one of the leading loan providers in Nigeria.

In a briefing on Friday November 25, 2016 with representatives of Ahmadu Bello University, RenMoney and Edutech, Mr Oyeniran Samuel, a registered student of the online MBA programme, became the first beneficiary of the financial aid and received a loan of N175,000 towards his tuition. Mr Oyeniran said “I am excited about the opportunity to finance my MBA monthly, and it is a great relief for me”.

RenMoney’s Commercial Head, Yetunde Faulkner, said at the briefing that “RenMoney is happy to partner with ABU to finance students on their MBA programme and is committed to offer school loans to as many eligible students that apply”.

Eligible students can apply for financial aid by completing the loan application form and providing complete supporting documents. The financial aid packages have low-interest rates of 3% per month. Students can finance their tuition for as low as N31,285 per month with a payback period that ranges from 3-12 months.
